For Boston University and Harward University scholars, chocolate extends life.

- Chocolate is the answer. Who cares what the question is.

- Good chocolate should be listed as a masterpiece, a sculpture, an artist's proof and tasted.

- Nine out of ten people love chocolate; the tenth lies.

In this course we will prepare chocolate based recipes.

They will use the three types of chocolate: milk, vanilla and white.

A small introduction to the world of chocolate.

The documentation includes the recipes, the history of chocolate which is sent by email. On request also on paper.

Tasting of the prepared recipes

 

 

Recipes:

White chocolate and blueberry cookies

Chocolate and coffee cheese cake

Dark chocolate mousse

If we have enough time; Dark chocolate and orange brownies

 

 

Course duration: 3 / 3.5 hours
