Thai cooking class


Thai cuisine is known for its balanced flavors, the freshest ingredients and its distinctive aromas. A wide range of flavors, colors and textures are commonly mixed, so much so that it can be difficult for a Westerner to recognize and distinguish the various shades of flavor. Thai dishes often contain all four flavors: sweet, sour, salty, spicy. It is the harmonious balance of all these flavors that makes Thai food so unique. In addition, Thai cuisine is overall healthy and naturally low in fat and calories.

In this course we will prepare some simple and tasty recipes.

The documentation includes the recipes, which are sent by e-mail to safeguard our planet a little. On request also in paper form.
