Savory pies are a great recipe for when you just aren't coming! what to cook and you have little time! For a quick dinner, an aperitif with friends, a savory pie is enough to make everyone agree.
The recipes themselves are very simple: a base of pasta, a filling of vegetables, cheeses, meats and so on and, above all, a mixture of eggs and cream.
In this course we will prepare some savory recipes.
We will use different types of vegetables and cheeses.
The documentation includes the recipes, they are sent by e-mail to safeguard our planet a little. On request also in paper form.
